Dad just called to say that my Great Grandma Dyk had, after 96 years of life, left the earth to dance with her Maker. She was a beautiful woman who followed HARD after Him. The words to this song have been in my mind and they describe the life my grandma well:

everything i am for Your kingdom's cause
as i walk from earth into eternity.
Heaven has gained a beautiful woman. Gram, you’ll be missed.
Oh, Jillann.. I am so sorry about your great grandma.. but rejoice with you that she is with her Maker and that the love and life she mentored to you and your family has lasting effects. May you be comforted and feel the peace during this time of sorrow.
