As a general rule, I don't like international cuisine.
[I know what you're thinking: I have no business living overseas if I don't like the food. Well, I like everything else, so that counts for something.]
The one exception? MEXICAN FOOD! [also, for the record, I really like the Americanized version of Mexican food best. you're probably judging me. i understand.]
I could eat Mexican food every single day.
In fact, it's entirely possible that I do eat Mexican food every day.
So, I figured, why not share the love?
